I partnered directly with Principal Masaru Watanabe to develop the brand identity and website for the Tokyo College of Sushi & Washoku’s first London campus. The brief was to create a brand that resonated with UK and European audiences while staying true to the college’s deep cultural roots and government-certified authenticity.
Guided by the Japanese principle of kanso – refined simplicity – I created a visual identity and digital presence that balanced authority with quiet elegance. From design through to build, the result was a cohesive and understated brand that honoured tradition while presenting a modern, credible platform for authentic Washoku education in the UK.
